This is the out of production and extremely hard to find Starship Troopers Action Fleet Hopper Bug made by Galoob in 1996. It is seen in Starship Troopers and features a pop-out wings, poseable legs and claws, and Johnny Rico and Zander Barcalow figures. MINT in a near MINT sealed box. The box has some very minor corner wear and the window has some crinkles on the front and top panels and some minor scuffing, but is otherwise in excellent condition.
