This is the out of production and limited edition Star Wars 1:7 scale Shock Trooper vinyl statue by Kotobukiya in 2005. He is seen in Revenge of the Sith and features a blaster, a rifle, and a unique Mustafar base. The completed figure stands ~12-inches (30cm) tall. Limited edition of just 1000 pieces worldwide!
